About Me

I’m Christie, a psychotherapist working with adolescents, adults, students, athletes, and high performers. My approach is warm, curious, direct, and collaborative — an integrative style with a psychodynamic foundation, blending different modalities depending on what would be best for you. We’ll spend real time understanding where a pattern comes from, as well as building tools that hold up in your actual week. I currently see clients in Connecticut and New York, both virtually and in person.

Specialties

Who I work with

Every client’s reasons for starting therapy are their own. These are the populations and pressures I have the most clinical depth in.

Adolescents & Teens

Support for the pressures of school, identity, friendships, and family life — building self-understanding and coping skills that hold up outside session.

Adults & Life Transitions

Career shifts, relationships, grief, and the everyday work of becoming who you’re growing into, at whatever pace that takes.

Athletes

The mental side of performance — competition pressure, identity beyond the sport, burnout, and navigating injury or transition out of play.

High Performers

A confidential space for the people who usually hold everything together, to set something down and think clearly about what’s sustainable.
